Message	instead of pin 2. I was just beginning to etch the board so nothing lost. I was looking at the output of pin 2 and thinking 153.6khz not realizing that it was actually 153.6kbps which is a much higher pulse. Here is a link to the circuit I was working from to get the 153.6khz (9600 baud) output. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
